Beginning in 1989, Ms. Pope began practicing law in the state of Nevada. Prior that that time, she spent three years in California as an insurance defense attorney for a firm in San Francisco and a real estate attorney for a small firm in Redwood City. Opening her own practice in 2002, Ms. Pope focused upon real estate-related issues, probate and trust issues and resolution of contract disputes, including litigation, if needed, in all three areas. Additionally, Ms. Pope provides estate planning guidance and documents as well as review and drafting of real estate documents and other contracts.
